Our Chardonnay has notes of savory apple and lime zest, browned butter and brulee, clean ocean breeze, hints of tropical fruit (guava/pineapple), complex and surprisingly integrated for such a young Chardonnay.
This Pinot Noir has ripe red berry fruits, cherry pie, Kola nut, white pepper, clove and an intense earthy/ spicy/ savory/meaty complexity that reminds me of great, young Burgundy wine. Bright, fruity, balanced and quite complex for such a juicy youngster.

Granny Smith apple, wet chalk, toasty, savory French oak aromas, hint of browned butter, but the oak treatment is elegant enough to allow a lemon-blossom, floral character to emerge in the wine’s nose.
Chanda’s Chardonnay Reserve is an impeccable balance between the persistent richness, bright, ripe fruit (echoes of apple, pear, quince, pineapple and guava) and delicious roundness from attack to mid-palate, with crisp acidity , hints of granitic minerality and excellent overall harmony. Easy to sip , drink and love for novices or serious geeks!
Pure and focused with tangerine flesh, peach skin, subtle white flowers / citrus blossom, saline, chalk, and granite. Focused and nervey from the oldest Pinot Blanc vines (and a few Melon de Bourgogne) in California, with a touch more structure / acid / verve than previous vintages. Bright and dry with wonderful stone-fruit persistence, mouth-cleasing freshness. Fantastic either as a cocktail wine, Summer Sipper, wine for the lake or the ocean (boating), or with all the food listed on the details page!

Aromatics of juicy red fruits, raspberry, dusty cherry, quince and rhubarb, hibiscus, orange pekoe tea, baking spice. Complex and fruity in every enticing whiff. Your palate will not get left behind as it too discovers a dense and elegant wine with a tasty and savory ripe red /black berry fruits. It has an initial attack that is more earthy and complex and the finish is quite fruity / juicy. As the persistent berry fruits fade away, the palate is left with a wonderful spice / earth / loam echo.

A true classic Paso Robles Cab, fruity, dense and luscious on the attack with viscous and ripe berry flavors, shows great depth of flavor and admirable structure. Pairs well with ribeye or New York Steak grilled over red oak or pecan wood.
